These questions aren't new.
People in every generation wonder who they are and why they are here. We want our lives to matter.
The spiritual direction relationship is a place to discover the truth about God and ourselves, hidden in our own lives.
Spiritual direction is the practice of bringing our day-to-day experiences into deep conversation with an experienced spiritual companion (the "director") in the presence of God. God longs to reveal the truth that we are meant to be loved and that our lives have meaning. We can discover who we truly are and how we can live with deep purpose and joy, no matter our circumstances.
